Homes in Port Orange continue to be among the most coveted in the area.  The continued success of schools in Port Orange, as well as, the concerted efforts by the City of Port Orange to create positive redevelopment of the River District area are solid contributors to home buyer interest in and around Port Orange.  The Riverside Park continues toward completion and the announcement of an amazing new eatery at the Point at Riverside Park is proving to move the efforts along in orderly fashion.

The new Jimmy Hulas has opened at the Down Under area and has created an additional destination for residents to enjoy our beautiful Halifax River waterway. Deck Down Under, Kings Seafood, the Dairy Bar and DJ's Deck have a new neighbor that is sure to bring renewed interest to the area.

Hurricane Dorian in Daytona Ends

As the day ended in Daytona Beach, residents of the area are experiencing an incredible sunset.  Traveling westbound on the International Speedway bridge gave us this fabulous view as we ended our day cleaning up after the storm.
