The Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors has published the November sales report and it looks as though there has been strong improvement in our marketplace. Pending sales are up by 11.4%, and so are closed transactions by .8%. An important number for sellers is this - the Inventory of homes for sale is down by 34.7% creating less supply and hopefully moving us into a higher demand marketplace.
